This was an excellent stay, Molly had plenty of pop tarts, towels, coffee and creamers. She also had laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Various phone chargers and box fans for each bed and bedroom. A basement full of games like air hockey, basketball, ping pong and a plethora of board games. We enjoyed the scripture artwork around the house as well. Plenty of hot water, a very quiet neighborhood, easy access to the interstate for The Ark, Creation Museum, Zip Likes at the Ark and the Museum, Cincinnati Reds game, Riverboat Dinner Cruise and Kings Island Water Park.

Keystone was a perfect location and plenty spacious for our group of family members. It offered very easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the wedding/ reception venues our great nephew and his bride were using. Also, the location was close to family and friends we wanted to visit. The house is well equipped, comfortably furnished, and located in a pleasant neighborhood.

Our stay was wonderful in every way. The house was clean, and well stocked with dishes for cooking and eating. The beds were so comfy!! One of the difficult things about being away from home for us is sleeping on an awful mattress, but that wasn't the case during our stay. I forgot my neck support pillow, but Molly has one on the bed! Wonderful! The convenience of washing laundry when needed was great. The basement was the highlight of our children's stay, they loved the play area and the game tables. The DVD's were also appreciated! We took a day break from our adventures to stay in and rest, it was nice to put on a movie for the kids.I would recommend staying with Molly to anyone, especially if you're traveling with family. Amazing experience. I'd give more stars if I could.

This has been my second stay visiting my daughter. There are a lot of little niceties included that don't amount to amenities that I appreciate.Owners are very receptive to problems. A couple of very minor problems popped-up on this visit and they got them fixed even though they weren't problems I'd expect to get fixed immediately.

My significant other and our 3 grown children stayed while venturing out and finding fun things to do. The location was great for our riverboat cruise and all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Clean and cozy. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!

There were three of us and the place had all the amenities we needed. The place and neighborhood were quiet. The owners are friendly and quick to respond. We had an issue with the a/c not working. It turned out the renters that left that morning had accidentally turned off the switch that's on the furnace in the basement/game room. Easy, quick fix. House was overall very clean. I took off one star from the cleanliness rating because the floor in my daughter's room had food crumbs on the floor by the bed. Final note, I appreciated that there was a blu ray player that I didn't think was listed.

Property exceeded our expectation. Our days were spent visiting the Creation Museum, the Ark, conservatory, market, riverboat dinner tour and street car. This was truly a great “home” to return to each evening to relax and regroup for the next day. Extremely clean, well organized, everything you need. Beautiful neighborhood. Perfect location for getting to the sites we visited. Our senior ladies travel group rate this property as one of the very nicest we have visited…even enjoyed the basement ping pong and air hockey.

Even before we arrived, we felt the hospitality from our host. The house was clean and well stocked for our whole trip--something I have not seen in other rentals. We were personally welcomed by name with a sign upon entering. Snacks were provided on the dining table. A welcome book was well organized and quite helpful. All instructions for guests were easy to understand and totally reasonable. Thanks Molly for an amazing stay in Kentucky.

Everything about the home was perfect! The house was very clean. Amenities were abundant and nice. We enjoyed the little rabbits that would come & go outside the back. Guess they were neighborhood rabbits. TV worked well. Games in the basement were fun!

We stayed here on a recent trip with our four young children to visit the creation museum, the ark, Cincinnati zoo, and a Reds game. It was a great location and in a nice neighborhood where we felt safe. The house has lots of space and the basement is great for the kids to let some energy out. However, the bathrooms were not super clean and that is something that can ruin a stay for me.

We reserved a stay at this property to access the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It's located almost directly between the two in a really nice community. I'd never been to Florence, KY before, but it was a great little town. There were all sorts of amenities (grocery stores, fast food, pharmacies, coffee shops, etc.) within 10 minutes of the rental property. The neighborhood was very safe and clean, and the home itself was even better than expected. It was very clean and spacious, and everything appeared almost brand new. Four of us stayed in the home and there was plenty of space for us to all spread out. It was well equipped with the basic essentials (towels, bedding, dishes, utensils, etc.), and has a basement that is set up like a game room with all sorts of fun stuff down there (like air hockey, mini basketball, and ping pong). We had to take an emergency medical trip to Cincinnati (long story), and I was surprised at how close it was. We were able to reach a really nice hospital there within 30 minutes of the rental house (it was a very easy and fast drive). I'd recommend this rental for anyone wanting to access Cincinnati, but would rather spend the night in a quiet suburb. Overall, this is one of the best VRBO properties that I have rented. I highly recommend it (actually, I've already recommended it to a few family members).

We visited for a short trip to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. The house was very clean and easily accessible which were my main 2 priorities. The toys in the basement were a hit for my smaller kids. The only “downfall” was that our mattresses were a bit old and uncomfortable and there is carpet through out including the kitchen. With small children having carpet can prove a bit stressful.

We were in the local area for a wedding and there were several events in the nearby area. The home was located in a convenient location for each of them. There were 6 of us staying in the home, 2 adults and 4 kids. The games in the basement offered a great source of entertainment during the downtime and the bedroom / bathroom layout was good too. The home is within 8-10 mins from grocery stores and food options. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

It was a great place to come back to after visiting the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter, and a great location of you plan on visiting both sites. The kids loved playing in the basement and with the toys! There is a nice little backyard to play in. The couches reclined, which the adults appreciated. We would love to stay there again and recommend to others!

Wonderful place to stay! The hosts have thought about how to make the house comfortable, with spices and cooking oil in the pantry and lap blankets next to the couch to cuddle up with while reading. They also made a wonderful notebook of local attractions and nearby stores which we appreciated. Very quiet neighborhood. Convenient to the Ark Encounter and Cincinnati. Convenient to restaurants and shopping as well. Would recommend to others looking for a nice home base while visiting in the area!
