This home was professionally designed inside and out. Everything has been thought of to ensure you and your guests enjoy your time at this beautiful property. The backyard features a New Salt Water Pool, sunken lounging area, 3 comfy daybeds, a mini golf course, plenty of grass for activities, and sprawling views of the San Jacinto mountains...sunsets are magical.
🌟 Resort-Style Backyard: Dive into the vacation vibes with our remarkable backyard, boasting a sparkling saltwater pool, in-pool bar stools for sipping cocktails, a Baja shelf for lounging, and an oversized spa to unwind in style.
🌞 Outdoor Entertainment: Our outdoor oasis features a lowered grill and lounge area for savoring BBQ delights, a standing bar for mixology enthusiasts, and a cozy fire table to share stories around. For a fun twist, we've even added a 3-hole miniature golf course for some friendly competition.
🛏️ Bedrooms & Baths: With seven spacious bedrooms, all adorned with king-sized beds, you and your guests will experience the utmost in comfort and luxury. Two of these bedrooms come with ensuite full baths for added convenience. In total, there are four fully stocked bathrooms with fresh towels and essential toiletries.
📺 Entertainment Everywhere: Each bedroom comes equipped with its own TV featuring YouTube TV for endless entertainment options. We also provide high-speed internet throughout the entire home, and there's a dedicated workspace for those who need to mix business with pleasure.

However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation.
While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.

We have been going to Coachella for 16 years and this might be the best home we have rented for the festival. The downstairs was perfect for entertaining everyone and it was great to have 7 bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and was used the entire weekend for our meals and drinks. The outdoor areas were perfect for the pool days and hanging out in the shaded area. Mikkel was incredibly fast to respond to our questions about the pool and check out process. The only word of caution is that if you are biking into the festival, there are two blocks between the festival and home that do not have bike lanes and are not lite. They can be intimidating at night. I suggest using a car or bus service.

Beautiful property and accommodations. Well stocked kitchen; the best we've experienced the last four years in making this trip. Host was extremely prompt with communications and answering a number of clarification questions we had. Perfect for our party of 7.Wdefinitely
