Stroll down the ocean boulevard to enjoy the many restaurants and shops in the area!

Close to airport, uber taxi and rental cars available!

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas only. Please smoke only in the designated areas.
This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Please contact us if you need anything!
The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check in.
Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Note: Motorcycles are allowed only on the 2nd floor.

I stayed for an extended stay and really enjoyed the view, hot tub, and close access to the boardwalk. Julie’s communication was excellent!

My girls and I stayed here over their spring break. The location is great with many restaurants and the boardwalk within walking distance. Broadway on the Beach is a short drive away with good restaurants and amusement rides.The condo is self was the perfect size for 3 people. The girls used the bedroom and I slept on the sofa/pullout bed in the living room. A family of 4 or more would probably be a tight fit. There is a galley kitchen separating the bedroom from the living room with doors at both ends. The kitchen has a full size fridge and an oven, 12 cup coffee maker, plus silverware, plates, glasses, etc. If you plan on cooking some during your stay, there is no counter space in the kitchen for food prep. I actually had to set the coffee maker on the stove in order to make a cup of coffee. We didn't cook, we walked to different restaurants each night for dinner. The balcony was perfect to enjoy sunrise and sunsets over the ocean. Beach was never crowded and the girls said the pool was nice. They especially enjoyed reading in the hammock. This was the perfect size for us and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
