Pool Heating Policy: Pool heating costs US$35 per day and requires a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approx. 35°C). Because the system uses heat-exchange technology, its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the water from reaching the desired temperature.

Pool Depth: 5 ft
East-facing pool.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$60 + tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchanging propane.
The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.

Our stay was very nice. The house was extremely well equipped for our baby grandkids and our little kids and adult children as well. The small pool at house is a great place to cool off and fun for the littles while cooking and enjoying your down time. Kitchen is well equipped for all of those meals you want to prepare in the home. Communication was very quick and helpful when needed. We would totally recommend the house and the company as well! Thanks so much for helping make our family vacation an enjoyable one! Also, the neighborhood pool is a treat when you don’t want to spend the day out and about. You can order food right on location at the restraunt there. The wave machine is great for those who want to catch a wave and you def can spend some time there. Just note that the wave machine is an additional cost.
