About this house rental
The holiday home Even lies at 1. 340 m just before the village of Feld - right next to it flows the beautiful, rushing Schwarzach.
It is ideal for a private holiday with family and friends - far from hotel tourism!
Cross-country ski trail directly behind the house, ski bus stop 1 min. walking time (only over the bridge); ski area 10 minutes away.
The apartment is rented by the week.
It is equipped with central heating.
The apartment is furnished with real, old country furniture, as well as valuable ceramics, pictures etc.

It is already in 3. Generation owned by the family, was purchased by my grandmother as a vacation home, completely redone, renovated and lovingly completed over the years by my parents.
In 2013, central heating (pellets) was installed.
The house is lovingly furnished with real, old country furniture and many valuable pictures and furnishings to create a cozy, relaxing and memorable atmosphere (eg. Beds, chests, farm boxes, grandfather clocks ...).
The apartment 'recreation' includes 5 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen - the bedrooms are distributed on 2 upper floors.
The two bathrooms are completely new or completely renovated.

I always wanted to celebrate in a Winter Wonderland and what is a better place than the alps? I arrived at the house with my family and we were introduced to the apartment by the owner. The house is a beautiful farm house, however, it is modern and equipped with everything you need! Most of the rooms still had the farm style but some also were quite modern, like e.g. the bathroom. When we told our kids that we're going to celebrate Austria in a farm house, they were quite scared that they'd be disconnected from the world but don't fear, Wifi is available. The rooms were clean, everything was working and there was also definitely enough snow!
We also went skiing a few times. In the next village they had a good ski lift and the ski-slopes were surprisingly calm.
Overall, my family and I had a great holiday in Defereggen and can definitely say that it was a winter wonderland christmas.
