About this apartment rental
Welcome to your happy place. This 1st floor condo is situated on golf course hole number eight and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms plus a room with a full bed as well as 3 full bathrooms.
The resort has:
- 24-hour security
- swimming pool
- kiddie pool
- restaurant (Mulligans is by reservation only by calling the reservation number 606-561-5221 or takeout is also available)
- 6 dedicated pickle-ball courts
- 2 tennis courts
- a basketball court
- putting green
- a sand volleyball court

- a huge shaded playground
- golf cart rentals
The resort also has an 18 hole golf course, a boat dock and a mechanical boat launching facility. We stay at Woodson bend every year for the Fourth of July! The condo was very clean and perfect for our family. It was nice that they had an A/C for the patio and we could actually sit out there and enjoy the patio with feeling the sweltering heat. Aubrey was quick to respond and we had no issues with our stay. We would stay here again!
