Our favorite place to stay always! This condo didn’t disappoint!

This property is in a great location and on a private beach. It is not as described though. "Renovated" is a loose term. This place is more in keeping with "needing an okay place to crash for a few days". If you are looking for basic modern luxuries, this condo will not suffice. While the property management was responsive, there were too many things that needed to be addressed. We are a family of 4 who wanted to cook and eat in as a part of our stay. The refrigerator shelf kept falling out. The castor fell off of the leg of one of the dinner table chairs. The front bedroom was a freezer. The air con didn't blow in the primary bedroom (making for a very warm bedroom). The primary bathroom is dark because there is not enough lighting. The primary bathroom shower head needs to be replaced. Again, the basics.
Beachside 1 is one of our first choices when vacationing in Destin. This particular unit needs a lot of work to meet basic standards.
