The house lacks maintenance and the cleaning is poor. Many items are broken, lights, furniture, toilet, sun screen and so on. There are visible body liquids in the blankets, rotten food in the fridge, left overs of shampoo and dried doods. Pictures in the advertisememt are old and shows the house in happier days. There is no parking facility on the grounds. It’s a really steep walk from your car to the house. Read also earlier reviews. These are accurate. We booked eleven days and left after four. It was a bloody shame.

We stayed a week in Predore on Iseo Lake. Gianmaria's house in Predore is a very pleasant and tasteful home with all necessary outfit and a really beautiful view on the lake. Situation is in the middle of the village which I very much appreciated and it is easy to visit many interesting places in the neighbourhood, including Bergamo and Brescia. There is a small market on Wednesday with delicious local products. We would not hesitate to go back there and do recommand this place.

The picturesque house on a rather steep hill has every modern facility one can ask for. It is a lovely combination of traditional and modern, suitable for friends and families, except maybe for the toddlers because of the stairs. The location is great and the possibilities for interesting day trips are almost endless. The owner of the house is very helpful and able to provide lots of information about the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this house for an unique holiday by the lake Iseo.

"Lovely house with beautiful views of lake Iseo high up in a traditional village. Very clean and modern with everything you might need. It is in a perfect location if you want to visit also the other lakes as it is right in the middle between Garda and Como. We had a wonderful time."
