Just a stone's throw from the Limousin region, the Bressolles gîte welcomes you to the heart of the Crozant Painters' Valley, in a preserved environment where nature and serenity blend perfectly.
Just 10 minutes from Lake Éguzon, a true haven of leisure with its beaches, water sports, and summer atmosphere, you'll also enjoy the proximity of Gargilesse-Dampierre, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, and Argenton-sur-Creuse, a charming town nicknamed the "Venice of Berry."
Here, everything invites relaxation and rejuvenation, as well as more invigorating moments like walks, swimming, or hiking along the Creuse River.
Highlights of the gîte: a river 500 meters from the property, ideal for fishing or daydreaming by the water, and a children's play area with a climbing frame and board games for fun family evenings. The welcoming living area combines a functional kitchen (gas stove: 3 gas burners and 1 electric), a bright dining area, and a cozy living room with a fireplace insert, perfect for winter evenings.
For sleeping, the house includes two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 120 cm beds and a 90 cm bed, ideal for accommodating family or friends.
You'll have a separate bathroom and toilet for added comfort.
Electric heating is charged according to consumption, while wood for the fireplace insert is provided, for cozy moments around the fire.
Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden lined with laurels, private grounds, and on-site parking for a relaxing stay.
