The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.
Snow Flower #135 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the first floor of building IV. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.
Love cooking your favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen that includes beautiful maple cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances while enjoying the company of your friends and family in the open-concept space. Enjoy a meal around the dining table that seats six or the breakfast bar with seating for three.
The living room features comfortable seating that invites you to relax around the gorgeous rock gas-burning fireplace or catch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. Access the private patio through the sliding glass doors which is perfect for après ski in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the views of the Aspen grove. A queen-size sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements.
The main suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an abundance of natural light from the picture windows that grant you stunning views of the Aspen grove. The en-suite bathroom includes granite countertops, knotty wood cabinets, and a gorgeous walk-in shower with tile surround and glass enclosure.
The second bedroom features two comfortable twin-sized beds which can be made into a king-sized bed with at least 24-hour advance notice. The shared guest bathroom features a walk-in shower with tile surround, and a stunning vanity with granite countertops and maple cabinets.
For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, gas-burning fireplace, three TVs, wall safe, ceiling fans, and wall mounted hairdryers in the bathrooms. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.

This was our third trip to PC and we love the mountain and town environment. This condo was located within a short walk to the First Time and Three Kings lifts (FYI, it is still a decent hike to the resort area where the shops, restaurants and ice skating rink are located). Additionally, the condo is directly adjacent to one of the complex’s hot tub areas which makes it very convenient as you don’t have a long walk in the cold to reach the facility and soak those sore muscles after a long day on the slopes. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have some more suitable hooks/hangers for winter gear (gloves, beanies, jackets) and a ski boot dryer (most ski condos we stay at have had these). Outside of those couple of suggestions, everything was great and we have another set of great memories from this family get away.

If ski on/ski off is your number one criteria, this listing is the one! A little far from groceries if you don’t have a car and you’re too tired after a day of skiing - but instacart and / or Uber solved that problem :). Warm pool/hot tub at the end of the day was perfect. Although washer / dryer not in the unit, and it cost $2 per cycle, very convenient

What a great way to spend in the mountains. The location was perfect with a quiet serene setting. Condo was clean and well stocked with all your cooking needs and plenty of fresh towels. We were having issues with our the cable and Front office was very accommodating and came right over to assist. There were even board games and puzzles available to play. We will be returning as this was a great value for us. Only issue were extra beds were uncomfortable to sleep but master bed was very comfy.
