About this house rental
A colorful getaway honoring our local and global icon, Dolly! We offer a unique space with comfortable accommodation while having access to attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
Dolly grew up around these parts and you can also fame it up while on vacation! Perfect for 4 people traveling together with the ability to WFH on exclusive, unshared Comcast Xfinity wifi internet.

This space is a 1 unit of a 2 unit townhouse style cottage. You would be renting 1 unit. Each unit is 1300 sq ft and its own space with no shared rooms or interior space. There are 2 floors. All pictures are from only this unit.
Kitchen – Main level. The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge/freezer, pots, pans, slow cooker, microwave, cookware, silverware, plates and cups. Everything you need to make meals!
Dining – Main level. Table seating for all 4 guests right between the kitchen and living area. All wide open for you to hang out with ease.
Living Room – Main level. The living room has a full set of furniture to hang out, watch TV and gather around the wood burning fireplace (BYO firewood). There is a 55" TCL Smart TV with Roku and streaming apps to login with your own accounts.
Guest Bathroom - Main level. Off the kitchen area.
Back Deck – Main level. Out the side of the living room. There is seating to enjoy the wooded, mountain views. Perfect for coffee and wine or your bevvie of choice.
Washer+Dryer – Main level. Off the kitchen area. Guests are free to use them!
Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2 on a queen bed) – Main level. Off the living area. There is a connected full bathroom with a tub / shower combo. There is a 43" TCL Smart TV with Roku and streaming apps to login with your own accounts. There is 1 walk-in closet is for guest use.
Master Bedroom (Sleeps 2 on a queen bed) – Upper Level (upstairs). There is a connected full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub / shower combo (step up, step down style). There is a 55" TCL Smart TV with Roku and streaming apps to login with your own accounts. There are 2 closets: 1 walk-in closet is for guest use and 1 is a no-access supply closet.
Carport - You can park here or play here. We provide cornhole if you want to prove your worth! There is a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal).
Parking - Flat parking right in front of the building

You'll want a car to get around easily. Once settled in, you can also get an Uber, Lyft or taxi in and around town. The Parkway / Pigeon Forge is about 15 min away (give or take, depending on destination/traffic). Gatlinburg is about 20 min (give or take, depending on destination/traffic). The GSMNP Sugarlands park entrance is about 25 min away. The GSMNP Greenbrier trails are about 20 min away.
ATTENTION: This cabin requires 4WD/AWD during winter. The final road leading to the cabin using 2WD will be very difficult during snowy, icy or very wet conditions. Please plan accordingly and consider travel insurance.

The location is absolutely beautiful, and the amenities are fantastic—everything was thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay.
Just a small note for future guests: the route leading up is a scenic uphill drive, but it’s quite narrow and only fits one car at a time, even though it’s a two-way road. Driving carefully, especially at night, is highly recommended. There are helpful safety instructions provided, which made the journey smoother.

It was a great, relaxing place to stay. Being only 15 minutes away, it was far enough away from Pigeon Forge to enjoy the scenery, but close enough to take full advantage of everything the area has to offer. The unit was in great working order and looked just as advertised. The host was very quick to respond to any messages during our stay and was very helpful. Definitely plan to stay here again when returning to the area.

We stayed 3 nights over President's Day weekend for a volleyball tournament. Communication was great w/host & the unit was easy to find even at 9pm. Because it was so dark & the area not well-lit, it was hard to decipher the "purple door"(didn't see the unit # until the next morning). The downstairs main area is adorable-all decked out in "Dolly" decor. Absolutely loved the wall mural! But everywhere else was plain. The windows also needed washed-could hardly see out of some of them. We liked the separate spaces-our daughter had her space while we had ours upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed. The downstairs bed was pretty comfortable, but the upstairs bed(queen) creaked every time someone got in/out of the bed. And I think it would be much better with a king-sized bed-the room had more than enough room for a king bed. The unit doesn't have a hot tub, but did have a jetted tub. The tub is one of the biggest tubs I've seen, but the hot water ran out before it could go over the jets. This was extremely disappointing as my daughter was pretty sore after playing all day, & just wanted to soak her sore muscles a bit. The other issue was noise-we could here the neighbors in the other unit-talking/watching tv. And the stairs were so creaky! I'm not overweight & every time I went up or down I had to go slowly/tip toe because it would make so much noise. I think with a bit of fixing/updating a few things & some more Dolly decor this unit would be so much more appealing!
