The house has 6 bedrooms comprising 5 doubles, two with bunks, 1 with additional pull out, 1 bunk room with 3 singles, 5 showers, 4 toilets, large separate lounge/dining, huge, fully equipped kitchen with dining, fully enclosed courtyard with BBQ, hangout, outside dining plus offers child & pet safety, off-street parking for a boat and four cars as well as roadside parking. The nightly rate is based on up to 10 guests staying.

Great communication and very helpful host. Perfect location in Whitianga for our large family.

House adquate, nice and clean. Close to beaches shops etc. Enjoyed our stay ... house had plenty of showers and toilets, linen provided ... we cooked and kitchen well stocked wuth pot, pans and dinner ware etc. Found lock box with key was hard to open. Thanks to Melanie, good host.
