The expansive property provides plenty of room for outdoor activities, while the newly updated interior blends modern amenities with rustic charm. Enjoy cozy bedrooms, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple bathrooms, all designed for comfort and convenience. I recently hosted my Ring Dunk event at 3 Points Ranch in College Station, and it was nothing short of perfect. The venue captured the true spirit of Aggieland with its rustic charm, open space, and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—beautifully maintained grounds, plenty of space for guests, and a setting that made the whole evening feel extra special.If you’re looking for a place that feels both laid-back and meaningful, 3 Points Ranch is it. I can’t imagine a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. 10/10 would recommend to any Aggie looking to make their Ring Dunk or any event truly unforgettable!
