2️⃣ No Smoking, No Pets, No Drugs – Strictly enforced. Violation penalties start at $2,000.
3️⃣ No Loud Music or Parties – This is a peaceful community; please respect the neighbors.
4️⃣ Quiet Hours – 9:30 PM – 8:00 AM to maintain a tranquil environment.
5️⃣ Amenities Access – 30-day minimum stay required to access pool, tennis courts, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym.
6️⃣ Guest Verification – ID, phone number, and email must be verified by Airbnb before booking.
7️⃣ Security Camera – A recording camera is placed at the front door to ensure guest and neighborhood safety.
