We enjoyed our stay in the Legacy Dunes, although there were a few things that need work, the oven itself doesn’t work, nor did the kitchen exhaust (we had to open the balcony door to let the smoke out). The floors had some pieces of tile that probably needs to be grouted again and there were dips in the laminated flooring that caused some construction dust to come out of it. Now all this wouldn’t be a problem if it was just the adults staying there but we did have children and it is a BIG hazard for them. All these problems it seems like the property manager knew about but didn’t inform us before our stay. Lastly a few of the amenities were under construction as well so we weren’t able to use them. But we made the most of the stay, besides the other issues the rest of the condo was clean and the check in process was easy.
