This Primary Home on water front, $145 a night, We have week or month reservations. The listing has security surveillance camera's located on main entrance ways, driveway area's, lake front area's, and the dock area's. There is watercraft rentals (2) paddle boats (2), kayaks, (1) two man canoe, (1) row boat. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and to Montreal airports is two hours. The home is centrally located between three major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort. The home includes has furnished kitchen, Full bathroom, with a full shower, jacuzzi tub, and laundry. Dinning room area. Living room area.

#3- Canoe $30.00 per day.
#4- Row boat $30.00 per day.

House was very comfortable and Eric the owner was very helpful with excellent communication. Water craft available for rental. Zero cell service for phone but WiFi worked great. The house is in a very quiet area on the lake and within 25-40 minutes to Stowe and areas with hiking. Grocery store about 20 minutes away. Not many restaurants in the area unless you go to Stowe.
Overall, a great place to stay.
