Condo 2 beds, 2 baths and deck balcony... Beautiful view to the Ocean and the Marina where all the international cruises arrive, near everything, within walking distance you will find hospitals, super markets, farmer's market, grocery stores, shopping centers and more. it is located on the main street to enter the city, you are in North hotel zone just to head anywhere from north to south. Sunsets are great to just laid on the sofa or have a cocktail to admire that nature beauty, you can even watch fireworks on weekends for festivities or Mexican Fiesta from the hotels in front. if you like this city vibe and rest at the same time this is the place to be. Electricity fee for long stays might be charged. THIS CONDO IS FOR SALE BY LICENSED AGENT.

The location was great. Close access to beach, restaurants and groceries! The view was spectacular! You could see the ships coming in and the beautiful sunsets!The condo was beautiful, exactly as the pictures! Would definitely stay there again. The host, Brenda was wonderful!

Mainly positive experience and outstanding view of Banderas Bay and cruise ship port, with marina in background. Footwear was necessary because the floors throughout were dirty. The master bed was very large and so comfortable. The 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom were small and each up against a wall. Turning over you had a good chance of hitting the wall. There was no access to a washer or dryer. Water in the showers was barely warm and there was no place to hang a towel. You had to leave the shower to access a towel, and there is no place to hang them to dry. A few hooks would help greatly. The towels however were very large. The refrigerator had double doors as did the freezer and there was plenty of ice, which was very nice.

nice view. The bedroom slider did not lock and the lockbox within was locked and not useable . contacted host and was offered to move out if I could find something better..
On return one evening we encountered a large cockroach.
contacted host who offered spray and did provide sticky traps.
