Private terrace area of 30 m². You are in the village of Trélévern, in a large house, near the Church of Ste Léonore Built in 1914, in granite. You access the property through a large common courtyard with secure gate, serving the two cottages: the owners have done everything possible to respect everyone's privacy. Trélévern is a small seaside resort located in the continuity of the beaches of Trévou-Tréguignec and Louannec. It is located on the Côte de Granit Rose and like all its neighbors offers holidaymakers wild and diverse landscapes. Here, shore fishing is king, we are indeed on one of the richest spots in shells, especially on Keriec beach just 1.2 km away. Let's not forget Port-L'Epine and the Plage de Trestel: must-sees.
