About this house rental
Looking for your dream getaway in Mildura? Our property sleeps 9 guests comfortably. We do however have a fold out sofa bed upstairs that can take an additional 2 small children if needed. We offer a modern two storey house with four large bedrooms, two separate living areas (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a spacious outdoor entertainment area. Being situated so close to the marina why wouldn’t you want space for your boat? We also offer the option of a mooring on the dockside marina. This marina has fuel available, and a public boat ramp located only 200mt from the marina, this enables you to leave your boat in for the day or you can leave it in for your entire stay, only taking out when you leave.
This well-appointed dwelling boasts:
• Split system air-conditioning /heating to all bedrooms and living areas
• Linen and bathroom towels supplied, Kudos Spa toiletries in bathroom and ensuite
• Bedroom 1: Queen with Ensuite (downstairs)
• Bedroom 2: Queen (upstairs)
• Bedroom 3: Queen, Single (upstairs)
• Bedroom 4: Queen, (upstairs)
• Bathroom (upstairs)
• 2 x Separate Toilets (1 upstairs/ 1 downstairs)
• Living Area 1: Lounge with Chaise, incl Sofa Bed, TV (upstairs)

• Marina Mooring available on request when booking. The mooring is only for use of those staying at the property - it cannot be used by other family and/or friends.
We understand that accidents do happen but if you do break something please let us know so it can be replaced before the next guests arrive.
Before you enquire, please note there are some strict booking conditions (any break of these conditions will result in guests being asked to leave immediately and no refund given):
• The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 11 at any given time.
• There is a strict no party/noise policy in place.
• The mooring is only for use of those staying at the property - it cannot be used by other family and/or friends and all marina rules and regulations must be adhered to.
• STRICTLY - No pets are allowed at this property.
• WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HENS, BUCKS, SPORTING GROUPS, SCHOOLIES OR PARTY GROUPS. ADDITIONALLY WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE.
• PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTIES IF YOU FIT INTO ANY GROUP ABOVE.
• Three-night minimum stay for all bookings
• $1000 Security deposit for all bookings
Additional fees:
• If property is not left in a reasonable condition after use, additional cleaning fees will be charged.
• Loss of mooring key will result in a $200 replacement key fee.

We were very satisfied with the home and its amenities to suit the 3 generations of family. We follow the Mildura 100 and enjoy boating, we also attended the trail of lights and community events over the weekend.

Great house for a group of friends

Property description and photograph implied it was on the marina, it is not, the only view of water is a glimpse over a vacant lot towards marina. It is set up to sleep 11, it could, but house is way too small to accommodate 11 awake people. We had to rent an additional house (more house less $) on the same street to split up our group of 11 to just 5 in this house which might have accommodated 8 comfortably. We tried to utilize outdoor furniture but every thing outside, including pavement was covered in red dust and leaves, would have expected this to have been cleaned down before our arrival. Inside tile floors could have used a wash too. We adhered to shoes off policy but socks quickly soiled. We had to wipe down refrigerator shelves before using. An hour of cleaning prep by owner would have made a much better impression of the house, it had obviously been vacant for a considerable period before our arrival. Most of the remote controls for heating units had dead batteries, which made them difficult to operate. There is more, but on a positive note I would like to say the coffee machine was a pleasing feature, although we had to google operating instructions to use it.
