Centrally located along the Elk River, less than 5 minutes to Fernie Alpine Resort and historic downtown Fernie’s shops and restaurants, this condo is the perfect base for world-class alpine skiing, nordic skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and many other adventures that Fernie has to offer.
This beautifully renovated unit can comfortably sleep up to 12 adults in 2 king beds, 3 queen beds and 2 twins. There are 3 full bathrooms, including a jetted tub off the master suite. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from every window, or hang out on any of the private decks and the large front patio.
Riverside Chalet offers all the comforts of home. Cook meals together in the fully stocked, newly renovated kitchen. There is seating for 9 in the kitchen area and a wonderful dining room with 10 comfortable chairs for gathering next to the cozy fireplace. Upstairs, relax in the large living room with a 65” smartTV and another fireplace.
Downstairs has multiple more sleeping areas, a full laundry, and two entertainment rooms. In the media room you can compete at foosball and re-live childhood memories with over 100 retro video games on an Atari gaming system. In the second game room, challenge others to a fast-paced air hockey tournament.
Other amenities at Riverside Chalet include central heating and air conditioning. There is ample parking on-site, a ski locker for your use and multiple boot drying racks inside. We love this unit, have stayed in something similar in years past. It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well-stocked, beds were comfortable, the air hockey, fooseball table, games and toy bin were extra bonuses. The large living room upstairs is a great place to socialize or to watch football. Would definitely stay here again.
