Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the port. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 840 environ 550 M. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

The building is quite dated and worn down. The unit itself is nice, with a beautiful terrace and a decent bed. However, there were no amenities (e.g. coffee) or even soap or shampoo. The pillows were uncomfortable.
