About this apartment rental
2 bedroom condo on top floor corner unit. Great views and right on the beach. Locate in a full private ownership housing association. Very quiet except for the waves crashing on the beach! We don't have time share people here, or any bars or restaurants on the property. Most of the time the development is 50% vacant. The beach in front is also quiet, almost no beach vendors, and no loud beach bars near by. Best grocery store in the Baja within walking distance along with many shops and restaurants. Downtown San Jose is only 1 mile away and Cabo San Lucas is only 12 miles away. Great golf, fishing, and exploring are all close by and the sun shines darn near everyday! We are open to long term rentals from April 1st to January 7th. Short term 4 day minimums are available year round.

We have stayed at Gordon and Lisa's property several times now, and love this place. Quiet and comfortable, close to so many great restaurants, grounds and pool are beautiful. The property manager Rubens is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Another wonderful vacation stay, and we look forward to coming back again next year.

We stayed at this location for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. We were a party of 2 retired couples and having 2 master bedrooms with full ensuites were perfect. The unit itself was very clean. The beds were comfy and the linen were of good quality. The kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our meals. The complex was well maintained and quiet. The owners and property manager were very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this location.

This rental unit was outstanding! Balcony was spacious and we had a front row seat for the ocean! Kitchen was well supplied. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
