About this villa rental
The property is 4.400m2 completely fenced, in a countryside setting.
The outdoor space consists of a circulation area in Portuguese cobblestone that extends from the gate around the entire house, as well as an area of approximately 1.500m2 grass, fantastic pool and lounging area, and pine trees.
The house has 3 floors. The ground floor has a games room which includes a pool table, darts, table tennis and direct access to the pool and outdoor barbecue area. The games room also has a dining table and fridge.
The outdoor barbecue area has a large dining table and may be covered with an extendable awning that provides pleasant moments of conviviality for a large group of people. It also has a bathroom with shower, accessible to this area and the pool.
On the second floor there is a living room, kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms.
The living room has two sofas and several chairs where all guests can be comfortably seated. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fairly large table where all the guests can socialize.
The bathroom has a bath with hydro-massage and a shower cabin.
The two bedrooms are quite large, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
On the third floor there are 4 bedrooms and two WC's . 3 of the bedrooms each have a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is also a lounge with a sofa bed.
This property is ideal for groups and children because it has all the comforts and is an enclosed space that ensures tranquility for children to play safely.

We had a wonderful time in this villa. It was extremely peaceful and the perfect place for our group of thirteen.

Great property and really good comms with owner. Property is not easy to find as the road it's on isn't on any maps, easiest is to GPS coordinates into Google maps and then follow your nose and hope!
The Villa is really nice with a good layout, games room, bbq area and pool was a bonus. Quiet location, but supermarket 15 mins away and Lisbon about an hour plus you have Obidos, Salinas and Cascais not too far.
Property could do with some maintenance (although we were told previous group left it in a mess) and it only has 6 four bedrooms, so fine for 12 people plus some children, but with15 we had 1 on the sofa bed in the games room and 2 on the landing which is not ideal.
Overall though we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property and area.

We have just returned after a fabulous 2 week stay at this villa. We went with friends so there were 2 families (4 adults, 6 kids) but there was plenty of space. The villa was lovely and the games room and pool were fabulous.
Only draw back is that it is actually 40 mins drive to the beach and even though we still went every afternoon it was a little too far for us to consider booking this villa again.
No air con or fans in the villa - it was really hot and so fans really need to be installed.
But overall a fab holiday.
