This is our second year renting 12 Raycroft. The home is clean, spacious and well equipped for a large family. Great background with chairs and grill. Owner and Martha Murray responded immediately to resolve a small issue! Could not be more satisfied. We will be back next year

We had a great week. The whole family was here including the little ones. Lots of beach time, everyday, and cookouts or seafood for dinner etc. A real vacation for everyone.

This was a wonderful home with large yard for fun activities. Walking Distance to a small neighborhood beach perfect for the little ones. Close to everything while still be off the busy path. Thank you!

the ceilings had mold in the bedrooms and the blinds were broken. The one in the bathroom upstairs was broken where the neighbors could look in while you were taking a shower. The kitchen was clean but they had this closet where the the cookie sheets and other pans were that smelt bad, did not use any of that. The front door did not lock from the outside. The house needs updating. I would stay there again, too much. Very tiny area on the beach. Martha murray rentals was very, very nice people and very helpful. Would not hesitate renting something from them again.
