About this apartment rental
The rare gem in the heart of historic downtown Magog. A construction from 1895 brought up to date to offer you a place of calm and above all, entertainment. Whether it's around a game of pool or watching a good movie about the home theater, you will find a way to be in the loft as well as on a nature getaway. Free access to a fitness center and a yoga studio for the duration of your stay in addition to the possibility of breakfast. CITQ number (305482).
The accommodation
When you arrive at the entrance on the first floor, you will find a large entrance with hooks for your coats and ample space to store your luggage. The private bathroom is also accessible from the entrance. A staircase will lead you to the loft located on the upper floor. This loft of approximately 800 square feet includes a bedroom, kitchenette, living room, billiards and fireplace section.
Traveler access
You will find 2 asphalt parking lots at the entrance of the courtyard where you can leave your vehicle for the duration of your stay free of charge. You have access to a wide variety of activities, restaurants, cinema, beaches, and other attractions on foot. After all, you are in the heart of downtown!
Other points to note
Do you have young children? We have a safety gate in front of the staircase and another can be added in front of the fire pit. We have a playpen for babies and a single mattress ready to use. There is a trampoline, sandbox, play module and giant swing in our century-old pine tree for the kids. Are you adventurous? Why not climb this 30-meter tree for a sunset with mountain and lake views. *Climbing equipment needed

We had an excellent stay. The Loft was clean and comfortable and ther were helpful amenities in the apartment like towels, chargers, and snacks. Pierre was kind and easy to communicate with. We recommend the loft!!

Beautiful loft in a central location in Magog (walking distance from all restaurants). Clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. The hosts were great! Highly recommended!

Really nice loft, pool table, well equipped kitchenette, nice space. Area within walking distance of downtown with parking. Quiet neighborhood.
