About this villa rental
Villa in Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, Grazzoso housing development, quiet area located between sea and mountains (south facing). Pinarello beach is 5 minutes away by car and the magnificent natural pools of the Cavù river are only 10 minutes away; the most beautiful beaches of Corsica are easily accessible by car, Bonifacio is 45 minutes away, and access to the Alta Rocca to see the very famous Bavella Massif is also close! Bowling, laser game, cinema, tree climbing nearby.
You will find all amenities on site: Bakery/tobacconist/pmu/pharmacy/doctor/dentist/hairdresser/SuperU and Spar/gas station/restaurants/post office/tourist office/and some very good restaurants, market on Monday mornings. Functional layout of the villa, with all the required comforts. Air conditioning, mosquito nets in each room, wifi, private heated swimming pool in the off-season.
A bathroom with 2 sinks and separate toilet.
Each room is equipped with its own television, a wardrobe, a mosquito net.
Bedroom 1 :d overlooking the pool with its king size bed of 180 by 200 cm
Bedroom 2 :d on the maquis with a king size bed of 160 by 200 cm
Bedroom 3 :d overlooking the garden with a bed of 140 by 200 cm
The bedding is new and of quality.
The villa is located on a fully enclosed plot of 800m2 with electric gate. Weber charcoal barbecue. Krampouz gas plancha.
The 4m*4m swimming pool has a safety cover with bars to the required standards.
The host wants you to take care of his villa, no parties, very quiet area.
Our dog friends are not accepted because a lot of synthetic grass, the smell of their urine on it is olfactory unbearable in direct sunlight....; -)
Additional child bed possible on request.

We had a wonderful time in this villa, everything in the kitchen, bedrooms & garden looks brand new, clean and modern. The kitchen has all the appliances that you need, and there is a choice of gas or charcoal barbecue outside. All the windows and doors are fitted with insect screens perfect for my insect hating family! TVs in the living room and bedrooms, great internet (we streamed with no problem from Fire Sticks). Nice size swimming pool for a refreshing dip.
Within walking distance of the property is a great restaurant (la Pescheria), a cash machine (at la Poste), two supermarkets (Super U and Spar), a bakery, a butcher etc and yet when you are at the villa it feels like you are in the middle of the countryside, all you can see is trees and mountains, and its very peaceful. The beach at Pinarello, which we thought was equivalent in beauty to Palombaggia and has free parking, is a 5 minute drive away and and has a lot of watersport options, my son went jetskiing. Porto Vecchio is a 20 minute drive.
Nothing really negative to say except no aircon in the bedrooms however apart from one unusually hot night we really didn't need this as each have shutters and/or insect screens.. The aircon in the living room was fine if you told it to swing!
And follow the instructions to take the first tarmac road on the left (which is just after the top of a small hill) and ignore the first two gravel roads on the left. Manon who greets you there is lovely. Would definitely stay again
