Very good location. Pretty nice accommodation, not new, though.
Excellent view from balcony both to the ocean and mountains.
It was dirty when we checked in. Very very dirty. Fridge, oven and dishwasher were even covered with mildew. We cleaned that by our own, because we've already seen how cleaners of Home2book do their work. They just can't clean well enough.

Centrally located for all our needs. Groceries, bakery, and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Would have liked an assigned parking spot in the garage associated with the unit as available parking on the street in the area was rare. If I could add one thing to the apartment it would be ceiling fans. It got quite hot at times and no relief from the heat was available at times in this upper unit. Overall we were pleased with it as it was a good value for the price.
