About this villa rental

Fabulous house situated in the quiet area of ​​Cala Pi, surrounded by nature and 5 minutes from the beach of Cala Pi, supermarket, entertainment and dining area. Only 15 minutes from the amazing beach of Es Trenc and golf courses, water park and marina. 30 minutes from the airport and the city of Palma.

The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen with breakfast bar having a common and ample space with the living room and the porch, in which you can also enjoy another dining area and an area relaxing with sofas, enjoying every moment of overlooking the pool and garden. Upstairs is a double bedroom and another bedroom with terrace and a complete bathroom.

Beside the pool you can enjoy a large pergola with another dining area accompanied by a splendid barbecue to delight the outdoor kitchen with family and friends ,, with view of the pool and enjoying it, as well as the relaxation area on the sun loungers around the pool.

The outside garden is very spacious with artificial grass surrounding the house to the delight of guests and ideal for playing children.

Located near a tennis court, football, basketball, playground and bocce for guest use.

Property very clean and well furnished, in excellent quiet location. All amenities as expected. Only small problem was bottled gas supply ran out, and had to fit new bottle and relight boiler, but not a major issue. Pool was very clean and well maintained, gardens of property are a delight. The BBQ was the cleanest I have ever seen at a rental property! Final touch was charcoals and lighters were included. All communication with owner Toni were answered promptly. Nice bottle of wine as a welcome. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break or even a family holiday.

We stayed for seven nights in July 2019. Toni and Reme were great hosts, incredibly welcoming and helpful, even going out of their way to find us an extra fan for one of the rooms. The villa is beautifully presented, very spacious rooms, a great master bedroom with a sea view from the balcony, and a stunning outside space. We loved the outside kitchen and shower, while the pool was a good size and the outside dining areas were very comfortable. Toni and Reme had provided us with everything we needed, even some toys for our children and parasols for the beach. The villa is on a quiet road and we never had a problem parking. The walk to the town beach and shops took about 15 minutes along a coastal road. Cala Pi is a very peaceful small town, with a beautiful beach, never too busy, very good restaurants, and some incredible views from the lookout tower. We would definitely recommend.
