About this apartment rental
Charming T2 apartment in a very pleasant environment, 40M2 (including loggia of 9m2) located on the second floor of a very pleasant residence, 2 minutes walk from the marine lake, 200m from the lake beach and 400m from the ocean! You are less than 10 minutes walk from the center of the village by the lake, the walk is very pleasant.
Access to the apartment is via a sheltered external staircase. The residence's parking lot is free and without a reserved space.
All the shops are nearby, as you will have understood, your holidays can be done without using your car! Really nice area. The area is very nice!!
Many activities nearby: tennis, mini-golf, surf school, paddle, fronton, canoeing, fishing etc...
Not to mention the Landes races that you can attend every week in the Vieux Boucau arena (10 minutes walk)!
Oh yes, we still encourage you to take your car... to discover, guided by boatmen, the nature reserve of the current of Huchet (starting point Lake Léon 15kms away)
The entrance to the apartment is through a loggia of 9M2 lit by a 3m bay window, the place is very pleasant and equipped for reading, aperitif or even meals,
the living room is equipped with a sofa bed (very comfortable bedding!) + 32'' TV.
You can have your meals on a high table as well as in the loggia (where you will spend a lot of time, you can trust us),
The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, all cooking utensils, crockery, toaster, coffee maker, kettle.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer
1 Separate bedroom with closet, bed 140
No washing machine, but a launderette is at your disposal by the lake (3/5 minutes walk), or at Super U (route des lacs in Messanges).
Non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.
Due to the health context, linen and sheets are not provided.
You will have a really good time in this apartment and in this village, the walk around the lake is really nice and relaxing.
Fishing friends, many fishing spots within reach of your rods ;-)
IF desired, Cleaning option to be paid on arrival: 50€
If there is no cleaning option, it is obvious that it will have to be done before the inventory of fixtures on departure
