Your reservation merely guarantees you a private Studio Casita at Legacy Villas featuring a King Size bed, kitchenette and patio or balcony, comparable in size and quality to the photos shown in the listing. While every effort will be made to provide the exact location selected by Guest (or one as comparable as possible), Owner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, cost or damages suffered by Guest as a result of a location assignment different from the address show90n in the Contract, and no refunds or credits shall be issued. In the rare event that the assigned location features a Queen Size bed instead of a King, Guest shall receive a credit of 10% off of the contracted nightly rate.

No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

We rented a one bed casita with an open patio and everything about this place was wonderful. The location in the cove has amazing views from where you are staying to looking up at the landscape from within the many pools placed around the property. Our pups got to have a vacation with us and the property makes it super convenient to take them for walks, there's even an easy little trail to take on the backside if you prefer more of a hike style walk and to get up close to the rock faces. Will be back very soon!

The villas are beautifully designed and the grounds are pristine and well taken care of. The pools are wonderful and the entire property has gorgeous fountains and colorful landscaping. Stunning mountains surround the villas, but the town and shops are a 5-minute drive away. We had the one bedroom and even with our dog, there was plenty of room, a lovely patio, and the sound of the nearby fountains was so relaxing and refreshing. Next time, we'll bring friends!

It was our first time staying here and we were very pleased with the whole process and facilities. The booking and check-in couldn't have been easier. Contacted Greg the Manager for some extra items and he was so obliging and responsive. The location for us was perfect,. We like the short walk to La Quinta Resort for coffee. The restaurants on Washington and surrounding area were perfect! The only thing I would ask is that the Legacy Grill on the grounds would stay open later for dinner. It would be nice to walk there and enjoy a glass of wine or two knowing you don't have to drive home.
