The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table, a kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle. The full bathroom has a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, and washing machine. You can relax on the two balconies, one at the entrance and the other at the exit of the kitchen, with the staircase leading to the garden. The garden is shared with the owners, where you can relax in the shade under the tree in the middle.
Parking in front of the house and Wi-Fi internet access are free.
The house is only 8 km away from the center of Umag, while 2.5 km from the beach.
The grocery store is 2.5 km away in the village of Lovrečica or 4 km from the Park Umag campsite, where you can walk in and use the camping facilities. The grocery store is 2700 m, and the Babići pizzeria about 1 km.
