The Ridge Villas at Kapalua Resort are known for some of the best ocean and mountain views on Maui. Located on the hillside of Kapalua, this architecturally appealing resort offers spacious one, two and a rare three bedroom villa options. Ridge Villas guests can enjoy two heated pools, gas BBQs access to the Kapalua Tennis Garden courts.
This stylish one-level upper level unit commanding ocean views from the main living area and lanai. A spacious private covered dining lanai offers the perfect spot for meals and watching the waves and seasonal whales. Perched on top of the ridge and pleasantly secluded, you are just short stroll to the pool and a few minute walk to the beach.
PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Maui property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Everything was great beautiful view

Lovely area, but condo needs an update. It was spacious and super clean, however there was stain chipping off doors, super loud ac units and an old refrigerator with no ice maker. A "C" grade condo in an "A" area.

Stayed here for our wedding at the nearby Pineapple Chapel. 3 of us stayed here, which was just enough space with the 1 bedroom and the pullout sleeper and 2 full bathrooms. It was a very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. And we especially enjoyed the ocean view and the short walk down to the beach and boardwalk. One of our visitors said they spotted whales from the balcony.The unit had a nice retro feel in the kitchen and bathrooms. We especially liked the soaking tub. The only minor con was the shower head/pressure in the guest bath could have been better. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer with Tide pods and a closet full of beach gear which we were able to use.It is quite breezy in this unit with the balcony doors open. You get a lot of fresh air, along with a bird or two coming inside. Kitchen was well stocked. The complimentary coffee, tea, pineapple, and tote bags were a nice touch. We'd definitely stay here again.
