- Abundant natural light, enhanced by the glass partition separating the bedroom from the living room. You’ll be able to open one of the glass wall’s windows to make the most of the air conditioning in the bedroom
-A bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a new mattress, a dresser, and a 120cm smart TV. Blackout blinds.
You’ll be able to access the loggia directly through the French door
- A renovated, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space in pot drawers and upper cabinets, a combination microwave and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a pod coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
-A very bright living area with a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the loggia and the garden. A new sofa bed (Bultex mattress), Sony smart TV
