Owner uses no rental car only the cart when the family stays.

The home was spacious, clean, well maintained and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The stainless steel appliances were really nice. The golf cart was a lot of fun to drive. Tina was an awesome host - pointed me in the right direction when I had a medical issue. Thanks for everything!!

Communication wasn't great. I asked Tina how I needed to send the waiver for the golf cart. She asked me to text it, which I did, 3 weeks before the trip, knowing that the week we left was extremely busy for me and I would have that out of the way. I asked for Tina to please let me know if she received it. No response. I asked again a few days later, no response. I asked a 3rd time and she said she would check. After that, again, no response. 2 days before the trip, she messages me and says she can't open it and to email the info to her. So, while I was at work, I had to take 45 minutes to get the info together again, scan it to my email and then email it to her which is what I had tried to avoid. At check in, some of our party got there 30 minutes early and I called Tina to see if we could go in early. She told me to call Ray and he had to verify with Tina that we had sent the golf cart waiver so he could tell us where the key was, as it was parked in one of the parking spaces. The air in the condo didn't work. We were hot the whole time. I messaged and got no response for hours. Then when I did get a response they kept asking if we were leaving the patio door open, which we did not. It was 83 degrees in the condo at some points. We packed up and left two hours before check out because it was so hot and drove home drenched in sweat,. The area and location were great but I would not recommend this particular condo.
