This newly built luxurious villa is located in 'the heart' of Talpe, with only 5 minutes' walk from the beach & less than 10 minutes from Unawatuna Beaches & 20 minutes from the Galle Fort. Talpe is a little piece of paradise in the pristine South Coast of Sri Lanka what is also known as 'the Golden Mile' because of its very luxury collection of beautiful designed villas. The villa has been beautifully designed with high ceilings, imported European antiques and high quality modern furniture to afford you luxury without limitations, and absolute privacy, relaxation and peace of mind. Because of its location, it is easy to visit by Tuk Tuk the nearby popular beaches as Mirissa, Hikkaduwa, Unawatuna etc.
This lovely villa featured an infinity pool, four en-suite large double bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable air-conditioned TV room with direct access to the master bedroom, a back up power generator, an indoor and outdoor dining area, a guests' toilet, storeroom and the beautiful tropical garden.
Each room has A/C, spacious en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, fan, floating mosquito net and a garden view.
The villa comes staffed with a housekeeper, cook and a gardener. Our friendly and helpful staff is ready to attend to all your wishes and make your holiday unforgettable. Additionally, massages, manicure/pedicure, transport requirements can be arranged on request at an extra cost.

Our 11 days/nights stay at Monara House turned out to be 100% perfect.
First of all; the pictures don't lie. The villa is just as beautiful as they show and is also extremely well kept an looked after.
The location is very good, in a quiet lush garden away from the main road and still close to the road, beach etc.
However, what made our stay truly wonderful was the way we were looked after by Meegama, housekeeeper, waiter, tour organizer, general advisor etc. etc. He made sure that everything was in perfect order, providing attentive service in a charming, friendly and discreet way that made our stay truly unforgettable.
And of course, the meals that Kavindu the cook prepared were without exception top class and very appreciated by all. of us.
In short, one of our best holidays ever.
