Romantic thatched-roof vacation home in an idyllic location in the countryside with a large garden and sunbathing lawn on the edge of the village of Buchholz, close to the Kiel Canal, the mouth of the Elbe and Meldorf Bay with a maritime flair. If you want to have some peace and quiet, relax by the wood-burning stove or enjoy the passing clouds and the North Sea climate, watch ships, go swimming, mudflat walks, forest walks, bike or boat tours, golf, fishing, horseback riding, flying or just enjoy yourself and the landscape. No TV. Please bring your own bed linen/towels. Distances to the North Sea/beach Friedrichskoog approx. 30 km, shopping facilities in Burg approx. 2 km, outdoor pool and train station in Burg approx. 3 km, swimming pools Brunsbüttel approx. 15 km, Meldorf harbor approx. 30 km, St. Peter-Ording approx. 65 km away.
The approx. 75 square meter vacation home (non-smoking) is suitable for up to 4 persons; it is not suitable for fitters. On the ground floor there is the living area with kitchenette and wood-burning stove as well as a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2 m) and a small bathroom with shower/WC. In the open sleeping gallery (no door to the first floor) on the upper floor under thatch is the double bed (1.80 x 2 m); the stairs are steep. Please bring your own towels/bed linen. 2 bicycles and a high chair are available. No TV and internet.
