This first-floor coastal rental has recently undergone renovations and is situated right by the beach, making it the perfect location for a relaxing vacation. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and its modern coastal design has been thoughtfully crafted to ensure your stay is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The rental is fully furnished with all the amenities you need, including an outdoor table/chairs and a grill. With its unbeatable location, you won`t find a better place to stay!

The entire lawn which will include a picnic table, Shared grill and chairs to enjoy the view and listen to the waves in the warmer months only.

Willard Beach is a charming and picturesque area located just a few miles from Portland. It is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, offering acres of white sand beach and clear blue waters perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water activities. The beach is surrounded by quaint neighborhoods and boasts stunning views of the Casco Bay Islands. Visitors can also enjoy local shops and restaurants nearby.

This property is located at the beach entrance with easy access to the snack shack and playground and very walkable Willard Beach neighborhood. Close distance to many restaurants, bakeries, Mast Landing Brewery, SMCC, lighthouses and more...5 minute drive to Portland.

This unit can be rented to include the 2nd floor above it which is a duplicate unit and will allow another 4 guests.
Booking Guest must be 25 or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
-Please remove shoes in unit.
-No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
-no pets - if a pet is found on the property you will be removed immediately with no refund.
-No smoking is allowed in or around any property. Please do not wear your shoes in the apartment.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.
If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise or any other rules broken , the owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 additional cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
