Fully renovated, the apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator.
It features a beautiful living room with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, 2 induction burners, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a washing machine, and more.
An air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed.
A large balcony with a table, chairs, and a lounge chair. During the off-season, you can enjoy the veranda for lunch or to work remotely while admiring the mimosa trees.
A bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and plenty of storage space.

Right outside the residence, a free shuttle takes you to the various beaches in Mandelieu from 8:30 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. every day during the summer.

The towns of Grasse (perfume), Fréjus-St. Raphaël (water park), Antibes-Juan-les-Pins (Jazz Festival), Biot (Marineland, glassworks, and pottery), and, of course, Nice are all less than 30 minutes away.
Monaco and St. Tropez are just over an hour away.

Great stay in Mandelieu-La Napoule. Located in a gated community and has a bus stop just a few stops nearby, so it's easy to get into Cannes city center if you need to. Also has a nice balcony and pool access. Laurent was a lovely host!
