We want your time spent here to be memories with laughter, a hot cup of joe on the patio, a deep breath of fresh air watching your kiddos play putt-putt… late night cannon balls at the pool, and family game night around the table… relaxing showers and restful sleeps in a cozy bed… bike rides to the beach, and magical sunsets!

When you’re here, the whole townhouse is yours! You’ll also have access to all amenities within the community! We provide the sports equipment listed above. Beach access is just for guests of our community and one other resort.
Other things to note
Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee (per car) that you can pick up at the front desk as well.
**GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT.
**NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

**NO GOLF CARTS OR GOLF CART RENTALS ALLOWED ON PREMISES FOR GUESTS
We love Florida living and all that comes with it....even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and keeping food stored & sealed properly are ways to ensure a little lizard or other friend won't come in.

Overall the property is beautiful and love, love, love the location.!! My daughter and grandbabies came down Sunday and visited for a few hours and my grandson did not want to leave. I told him we would have to rent it again in the summertime. :-)
The ONLY negative thing I can say is that the couch is uncomfortable and worn out it seemed. Hard to get out of especially if you have a bad back. Also maybe need an ottoman/chaise/recliner because after riding whether in a car or motorcycle, legs need to be elevated especially if you have extremity swelling and take blood thinners as I do. Please don't take it the wrong way because other than that the place was AWESOME and we will be back. I needed the break badly as I work 2 full time jobs and I enjoyed just chilling out.

We loved this property - so beautiful and well-appointed! Location was great and access to the pool and other amenities was perfect and the patio space was a great place to have coffee in the morning. Highly recommend!
