House / Villa - MOSCENICE

Our stay in this cottage was perfect. The house and its surroundings are unique: neatly situated in the mountains above Moscenicka with a gorgeous view of the sea, the cottage offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. All of this is topped by the warm welcome offered by Chantal and Zvotko. They have truly made us feel welcome and at home in their little paradise!

C'etait le paradis pour 1,5 semaines. Merci Chantal et Svonko! We much enjoyed the beautiful house and surroundings, the little pool, the forest, the silence, the gentle breeze, the sea - and the hospitality! We're coming back in autumn and can't wait.

Vila Marica in Grabrova was a sort of little corner of paradise for us where we could sit on the nicely styled terrace for hours and watch the magnifiscent view over the Kvarner Gulf and the Isles of Krk and Cres. While sitting in the jakuzi even a deer walked by, watched us, went on and hoopoes flew around. The friendliness of Chantal and Zvonko, their hospitality and recommendations were all great. The house looked just like the pictures on the site. Vila Marica 1 and 2 are independent houses next to each other and positioned in a way that a maximum of privacy is guaranteed. Vila Marica 2 was a cosy Mediterranean styled house, clean and well equipped, Even the refrigerator was filled on our arrival for the first day and we enjoyed a Croation styled menu offered by Chantal the first night. It was in a quiet place, 3,5 km driving up a small adventurous paved road from Moscenice, but close to some small creeks and the sandy beaches of Moscenicka Draga. For us it was the perfect place to discover more of Istria, although we could hardly leave the place and stayed 'home' because we loved it so much. We'll also miss the cheerful Laika that passed by once in a while for a play or a groom. We certainly hope to come back another year.
