Up to two small dogs are welcome, for a $100 fee per dog. We cannot accept dangerous breeds, including pit bulls, chows, and Dobermans, because of insurance restrictions.

This was a nice property. It was obviously well taken care of. It was clean and well furnished. Bedrooms were spacious with regular sized closets and the bed was comfortable. Granted, it was a duplex in a neighborhood but there were zero issues and everyone we encountered was friendly. We never felt not safe. The WiFi handled all of our devices and the tv with no slowdown at all. Only thing I would fix would be the ability to open the back door fully. It was especially nice to be able to bring our dog and the large backyard was a plus.
