IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

This is a beautiful property with all the comforts of home. Easy check-in, fully stocked kitchen with anything and everything you’d need. We love having so many high quality adult bikes so we didn’t need to bring our own.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caldera Springs. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 10. Kitchen was very well-stocked, and the open layout made it fun to cook and eat together. Outdoor space and hot-tub were perfect for hanging out after a day of outdoor activities. We can't wait to return!

The property was great and we had a great week. We really loved the location and the privacy it provided. The quarry pool was a mainstay for us everyday and everything we needed was a short drive away. We are looking at next years vacation already.
