Beautiful property. The only thing I did not like was the couch was not clean. White stains and sticky stuff on the couch.

There were glitches getting into the place and bad initial communication. It was after 5 pm when we finally received check in information and this was after multiple calls and texts. The place could have been cleaner (trash scraps in the stairwells, dead roaches in the garage, floors were sticky, one bathroom sink needed cleaning) and there is a lot of deferred maintenance on the property. The sun deck was a bit unstable, and lots of trash was left on the lower deck. The beds were comfortable, the couches were not, and the location was good.
