We had a wonderful stay in Steamboat! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect — close enough to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and scenic. The home was spacious and comfortable for our large group, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy time together.The only issue we ran into was with the basement tub and toilet, which had some maintenance problems during our stay. With a big group, being down one bathroom was a bit challenging. Other than that, everything was great, and we’d definitely stay here again once that’s fixed.

Perfect set up for multiple families. The teens had their own space in the basement and all the adults had their own bathroom. A few things in the house are worn but it is very clean.

Everything was fabulous! Ample space for seventeen of us. Lots of activities on the property to entertain all ages.

The house is in a nice location. Yard was not maintained properly. Carpets looked grungy and dirty. Broken/cracked tiles in kitchen and basement. Nicks and dings in drywall throughout the house. Freezer in basement needed de frosting. Pillow shams in some of the bedrooms were torn and just looked bad.Ice in upstairs fridge was very old.Hot tub had sediment in the bottom, one arm on the cover was broken. Color scheme throughout the house was very out dated.. The house was roomy enough for our family and comfortable, just not appealing to the eye for what we paid.. when I was sent the code to the front door it did not mention to hit the check mark on the pad after you entered the number and when I called the manager they didn’t tell me this also.
