On the ground floor, a kitchen 'Poivre d'Ane' hyper-equipped with a professional stove (Lacanche) with 5 induction hobs, two ovens and a griddle. In direct continuity with a large living room composed of a dining-room and lounge.
Slightly below, a master suite with its bathroom. In the basement, laundry with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Storage.
The floor serves three bedrooms sharing a bathroom / shower and separate toilet.
The exterior features a landscaped garden with 2 terraces, a very large live overlooking the swimming pool, part of which is covered and a second with a magnificent view of the Luberon.
