About this house rental
Modern & stylish 1 bedroom/1 bath with a Queen bed in the bedroom & a queen West Elm sofa bed in the living room for the kids. The space is 460 square feet but packs a big punch! High end queen bed, ensuite bathroom, large closet & washer/dryer. Full kitchen with stove/oven/fridge. 2 desk work stations with Fiber Optic wicked fast internet. YouTube TV & many Apps to keep you entertained. 55" TV in the living room & 40" TV in the bedroom. Private entrance, keyed lock & large private patio. If Style & location are important to you, this is your place! Enjoy a short stroll to the over 20 restaurants, bars, & coffee shops downtown. 30 miles from Napa, 34 mi from Sonoma, 45 miles to SF, and 30 mi to Sacramento. Dog allowed with $65 fee, & permission.

Vaulted Luxe Haus is newly designed for 2023. The space is 460 square feet and all room's have high Vaulted ceilings & ton's of natural light. Modern & Stylish. We worked hard to pay attention to every detail so our guests can have a comfortable experience. A Queen 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Washer & Dryer (we supply laundry soap & softener), fully stocked kitchen & super comfy gel memory foam queen West Elm sofa bed for two. Please note the bathroom is inside the bedroom, so the space is best for either a couple or a small family. There are two work stations, one desk in the bedroom & a work table for 3 in the kitchen/living room, perfect for remote working. The kitchen has everything you need including spices, olive oil & balsamic. The Kuerig machine is also an espresso machine with a milk frother for latte's-we include coffee & tea. Take a short stroll into downtown where there are over 20 restaurants, coffee shops, bars & boutiques. Downtown events include Sat. Farmer's Market, Fri concerts in the park plus many other seasonal events. If you are traveling with another couple or larger group of friends/family, our other listing, "Tiny VaultedHaus" is located on the same property so you can rent both to have 2 Queen bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, queen sofa bed, 2 private patio's & a washer/dryer. Dog allowed for a $65 fee & permission, please tell us more about your pet. Anyone other than those on the reservation will not be allowed on the premises. Illegal activities will not be tolerated.

Luxe Haus is an ADU completely separate from the main house with a private entrance, coded door lock & a privacy gate to lock off your private patio.

In order to be considered "luxe", a property must be of a high quality inside AND out. The exterior of this property is in need of some paint and other maintenance. Very poor first impression. The private patio area had not been cleaned in some time as evidence by the dust and debris on the seating. The cooktop barely worked, with only one of the four heating elements functional. Finally, the surrounding neighborhood is far from "luxe". Not the stay I had planned for nor expected based on the listing.
