Our location will make your stay very comfortable, you will be just a few steps from its incredible beaches and the famous 5th Avenue.
From the incredible rooftop you can enjoy beautiful sunsets accompanied by your partner, family or friends.
Apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an incredible terrace from which you can feel the breeze of the Caribbean Sea and have a view of the deep blue water, the living room and the large balcony around.
It is a beautifully decorated apartment and its modern kitchen is fully equipped, we have cable TV and free WIFI.
We are only 50 meters from the beach and steps from 5th Avenue.
On the rooftop there is the pool, the grill, a common living area and a complete bathroom, all this for the enjoyment of everyone who is staying in POLO 88, this area is common and can be shared with other guests.

The building is located in a quiet neighborhood of Playa del Carmen, With the berst acces to the beach to the only "Blue Flag " Beach in plya . We are steps from Famous 5th next to the PARADISUS HOTEL and small boutique hotels.
Parking available on request, or you can park on the street in front of the building safely and for free.
If you travel without a car, you can take a taxi to anywhere one block from the building or buses to 4 blocks.
Bike rentals and parking is also available
- Reservations of 1 week or more, the cost for electricity service is charged to the guest, this is done with the reading of the electric meter upon arrival.
- Reservations of 1 month or more, 2 cleanings per month are mandatory, the cost is charged to the guest.(450 - 650 pesos each ,depending on the size of your apartment )
- The hosts only provide bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper and garbage bags for the guest's arrival.
After check in any of these materials will be assumed by the guest.

We loved our stay in this condo, but if stairs are not your thing this is not for you. Air conditioning worked great (important)Could not hear neighbour's Most restaurants were a 20 min walk, which was not a hardship for us. There is a beautiful well maintained path close by.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo!! The place was exceptionally clean with beautiful views from the entire unit overlooking the ocean and Cozumel. Both bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and lots of space in the dining and living room. As a surprise to us, there were beach towels, two beach chairs and two umbrellas which were great for the beach. There is a beautiful deck which wraps around the entire unit with a spacious patio with comfortable furniture.
The location is amazing - away from the business of Centro, but still very easy to get a cab (they are everywhere and only 100 pesos to get to the centre). Lots of locals around and we felt very safe even late in the evening. The rooftop pool and patio were also wonderful, very clean and well maintained.
There are 3 beaches in close walking distance - all Blue Flag beaches so they are environmentally protected and gentle with no rips. Playa 88 is 100m from the unit which is very clean and has bathrooms and showers (5 pesos for the showers) while the other two beaches only have washrooms. Lots of great restaurants nearby - with affordable meals - and shops for basic groceries (much cheaper than Walmart).
Sybil, the host is amazing! very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. And it’s great value for all you get. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very comfortable, bright, spacious suite. Close access to lovely rooftop patio that we enjoyed just about every day of our week stay. Bit of a walk to main part of 5th avenue but very nice safe walk. Bike rental place nearby that we took advantage of. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very relaxing.

Great location if you want to be near the beach . Easy walk to Playa 88 beach which is wonderful to play in.
