In a small private mansion, tucked away in a private listed street, an independent studio under the roof refurbished.
In absolute calm, bright.
On the 3rd floor without elevator. Large mezzanine for the bed (see photos).
Large roof window with automated roller shutter. Air conditioner.
Private parking possible (not included).
Very lively area, supermarket, bakery and restaurants at 50 m.
We live there.
Not suitable for people with disabilities or who have difficulty getting around.

Totally comfortable, great location right next to multiple metro stops. Surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. AC is not easy to find in most Paris apartments, so that’s a huge plus. Kitchen was also an important asset, not huge but easy to cook pasta and eggs etc. Very friendly and helpful host. Not a whole lot of space, but perfect for a couple who don’t mind close quarters.

This was a great stay in a nice location. It had everything we needed and the loft bed was so cozy! Would definitely stay here again :)

Everything was really great! The host was very friendly, the apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy. The location is excellent: well connected and everything you need is close by. I would definitely come back!

Host and location were excellent!! The apartment was clean and neat. There are a lot of steps to the 3rd floor, many steps. Additional narrow steps without rails leading to the small area for bed ,The bed bedding was less than desirable but overall, no real complaints. The host was highly professional and hospitable during our stayThanks!!
