-Laundry machines are located in the basement, shared with the rooftop event space.
- No unregistered guests allowed on property.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but if you'd like to arrive earlier, we offer flexible early check-in options based on availability starting five days before your arrival date. This allows us time to try and sell the full night first, which is always our priority.

1 Hour Early Check-In – No charge (subject to availability)
Half Day Stay (Check-In Between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM) – Half the nightly rate
Before 10:00 AM – Full nightly rate
Late Check-Out (if available):
1 hour late – $30
Between 10 AM and 4 PM – Half the nightly rate
Later than 4 PM – Full nightly rate
This option will be offered based on availability, starting five days before check-in. Please note that we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs on same-day turnovers.

Just finished a 3 night stay at this property and Tara the host was wonderful and easy to work with. The property was clean and had a Cubs Baseball theme. The location was perfect for enjoying the Christmas Pop ups and we were able to walk to everything. Parking was easy behind the building. Tara, the host checked in and even offered recommendations for coffee and breakfast. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

If you are a die hard Cubs fan like I am, this is the place for you. My two adult sons and I stayed here for the Wild Card series and it was the best place EVER! Even my sons complimented me on the pick of this place and that made me happy! The place is very clean and there is a keurig with k-cup options. The place is very clean and the cubs decor is perfect. The top level is rooftop seating for cubs games so there is potential for some foot traffic. The laundry room is in the basement of the building and shared with the roof top bar. I didn’t need to use the laundry room, but it is worth mentioning that it is not in the unit. The vibe is absolutely worth it. You are less than a home plate to first base walk to the entry gates of Wrigley Field. Gallagher way is right there and tons of spots for beers, souvenirs and food. Our front patio was amazing for people watching and you get the chance to see the players come and go since the player parking is right across the street. It would be hard to beat this place if you are a fan.
