Welcome packet is falling apart and needed to be updated
Bathroom rugs are dated and worn out
One of the bathrooms downstairs is not properly cleaned
Overall: With minor adjustments, it’s a property to stay for large family or large group.

I would stay again. This spacious house was comfortable and in perfect condition. The host was easy to reach and very attentive, including a much appreciated phone walk through the property.

Check-in was easy. We just couldn’t get the tv to work! The house was comfortable. We loved the several spaces within the home as well.

We really enjoyed our very snowy stay here! It makes a big difference that this is not just a rental but someone’s home. It’s cozy and has all the small touches that make VRBO rentals so valuable. Thank you for a terrific family holiday.
